I made these as a starter for New Years eve and they were absolutely delish. If you wanted to, you could add a little chilli to spice things up. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons sunflower oil 1 large fresh garlic, minced 2 thumbs fresh ginger, finely chopped 3 spring onions, roughly chopped 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 tablespoon clear honey 150g large cooked peeled king prawns Instructions: 1. Prepare all of the ingredients in advance as it’s a quick, throw it in the pan dish. 2. Heat the oil in a wok, then add in the garlic, ginger and spring onion. Fry for approx 30 seconds, or until the spring onion has started to soften. 3. Add in the soy sauce and honey and leave to cook for a further minute 4. Throw in the prawns and coat in the sauce, leaving to cook until they’re heated through and starting to take on the sticky sauce. 5. Serve and enjoy 🙂

Simple, tasty and lovely. Can be scaled down nicely for 1 0r 2 people, too.
