Burns night at the Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, London


This time last year I was celebrating Burns night at The Rib Room and I still dream about the welcome cocktail they shook up. I was lucky enough to nab the recipe, but am still completing ‘dry January’… so enjoy one for me 🙂 
5 drops of Vermouth
50 ml of Hendricks Gin
15ml of Scottish heather syrup
Stir the vermouth, gin and the syrup in a mixing glass full of ice cubes
Double strain, serve up in a chilled martini glass
