Asia de Cuba, London in pictures

They say you eat with your eyes, and last night at Asia de Cuba certainly proved that. Pretty delicate elderflower and lychee collins. Ice cream sundae looking raspberry cloud caipirinha. Rich oxtail dumplings. Crispy on the outside and tender on the in octopus. Green seafood and yellow rice clay pot with spiny lobster, jumbo prawns, calamari, clams and mussels. Sweet brioche Mexican doughnuts rolled in cinnamon and dipped in a butterscotch sauce….I think the pictures tell you all you need to know.

Please, please, please Asia de Cuba – get yourselves a recipe book published and put me on a pre-order.

Full review coming soon 🙂
